WHERE CAN I USE AVAGEL AERO?

• Bonding all types and sizes of ceramic tiles (double-fired, single-fired, porcelain, clinker, terracotta, etc.) on uneven internal and external surfaces, without having to level the surface before fixing.

• Bonding all types of mosaic on indoor and outdoor surfaces, swimming pools.

• Bonding natural stone on interior and exterior surfaces (for stone that is stable and not sensitive to moisture).

• Bonding thin porcelain tiles (3-5 mm), even large format (150x300 cm), on floors and walls, including exterior facades.

STORAGE

AVAGEL AERO may be stored in the original packaging in a dry place for a maximum of 12 months.

APPLICATION DETAILS

• Mixing ratio: 15 kg AVAGEL AERO gray with 6.0 L water
• pH of the mixture: more than 12
• Pot life of the mixture: more than 8 hours
• Processing temperature: from +5°C to +40°C
• Open time (according to EN 1346): > 30 minutes
• Adjustment time: 45 minutes
• Grouting tile joints on walls: after 4-8 hours
• Tile joints on floors: after 24 hours
• Set to light foot traffic: 24 hours
• Ready to use: 14 days
• In use temperature: from -30°C to +90°C
• Formability according to EN 12002: S1 - formability (> 2.5 mm, < 5 mm)

Consumption rate

• 0.8 kg/m² per mm thickness, equal to 1.5-2.5 kg/m².

• AVAGEL AERO is available in paper bags of 15 kg, 48 bags on pallet.
